WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a supported conversation, in a safe space, where the coach asks powerful questions or creates exercises to help the client raise their own awareness. By doing so, the client takes responsibility, thinks through options and supported by the coach, decides upon their own course of action as a means to reaching their full potential.
Whilst coaching is a personal development journey, just as training and mentoring is, it is fundamentally different in that the answers come from the client rather than the coach.
As a result, coaches do not need direct experience in your life or business role, it means we can offer coaching on a range of issues, including:
